Julia Ann Gardner

Julia Ann Gardner was born in New York City, NY but grew up in South Carolina. Ms. Gardner began
singing as a child at churches in the South and continued upon her return to New York City where she's
a member of THE VOICES OF PRAISES at THE FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH in East Elmhurst, NY She's also
a mother (one child) and retired postal clerk who loves sewing, gardening and relaxing with a good
book. But, whatever she's doing, she's always singing.

After the 9/11 tragedy she was inspired to write the songs for her debut record "MESSAGE" (Juliand
Music). The songs "ALWAYS REMEMBER" and "SPIRIT OF AMERICA" were composed as the search
for survivors and victims began. Ms. Gardner remembers that this was a time when all America joined
together in pain and sorrow but was united in SPIRIT.

The hope of Julia Ann Gardner is that every listener will also be inspired to live their dream, find their
purpose in life and work and rejoice in the giving of joy and happiness to others. For it's truly up to us to
rise and make a difference in the world.
